Focke Wulf Fw 190 D-9 Langnase...another DML kit

Fw 190 D-9 is the epitome of the Fw development and, perhaps, the best fighter of the war (British and Americans frown...they think in their later Spits and P-51) but arrived late and sparingly to the front...however, the success of this machine was secured in the hands of the "experten".
This model was profusely used by the second top ace of the war, Major Gerhard Barkhorn in the final stages of the war.
The kit is the marvelous DML 1/48th scale in the Trimaster package...really an extraordinary rendition to D-9.
Some imperfections in the accuracy?...who cares!, the final result is impressive and catch the Langnase spirit ans style pretty well.
