How to organize this stuff?...

Like any other modeller, the subjects of my projects are absolutely eclectic. But, it shows a trend ... I'd specially like working with propeller planes, and inside this world, I have a predilection with interwar era... but between ww1 and early ww2 years in general.

Besides, I have a strong interest in enhance my collection with models representing the golden ages of my country aviation...

Step by step I'll upload my old projects... I don't know how yet, but I'd decide to begin this series with an aircraft that represents all of the above mentioned ideas: a Douglas DC-3. This, because that machine was widely used in civil and military service and there was a historic ship in Chile; that is the first dedicated plane to President of the Nation's duties, just after the second wold war. Moreover, this specific DC-3 was used on civil duties but was registered in the Chilean Air Force (FACH) inventory with the number 901.

Photos above was taken a day after the big earthquake of 2010, feb.27 magnitude 8.3 here in Santiago... as you can see, the showcase is full of glass. Astonishing, nothing happened... just a  melĂ©e on some shelves.
